Spicy Cucumber Salad Recipe – 1 Smartpoints

  • 4 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 -2 tbsp siracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar



  1. Combine all ingredients except the cucumbers and sesame seeds together in a small bowl.
  2. Place cucumbers in a serving bowl, and pour dressing over them. Toss well to evenly coat.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds.
