Buffalo Chicken Salad


1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 stalk Celery, diced
1 stalk Green onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt
1 tbs Franks buffalo sauce (or any hot sauce), or to taste
2 tbs Feta cheese, crumbled (or blue cheese)
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder


Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-small bowl. Stir until combined. Serve immediately, or chilled on toasted whole grain bread, a low carb/whole grain wrap, or just as it is!
