Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff – Weight Watchers

Ingredients

1 lb of frozen boneless, skinless and uncooked chicken breast
1 can (10 3/4 once, 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom soup
1 container (16 ounce) fat-free sour cream
1 envelope (1 1/4 ounce) onion soup mix

Directions

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking time: around 400 minutes
  • Ready: at 425 minutes
  1. In the bottom of a crock pot, place the frozen chicken
  2. Once all the other ingredients are mixed together into another bowl, pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover during 7 hour low-cooking.
