- 2 1⁄2lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1⁄2cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2cup honey
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 1 hot chili sauce, optional
Directions
Prep 5 min – Cook 240 min – Ready 245 min
- Place chicken into a crock pot, the add honey, soy sauce, garlic cloves and if needed, hot chili sauce.
- Turn the crock pot into low heat and cover.
- After 2 hours, stir and then cook again for about 2 hours.
- Then, remove garlic cloves.
