Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese (Weight Watchers)

  1. 16 oz macaroni
  2. 2 cup skim milk, or 1% milk
  3. 14 cup flour
  4. 34 tsp salt
  5. 34 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  7. 18 tsp hot sauce, or Tabasco
  8. 1 pepper


  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
  2. While macaroni is cooking, in a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, flour, salt, onion powder and pepper until blended.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, stirring often until thickened (2 to 5 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and hot sauce.
  6. Toss cooked macaroni with sauce.
