Cabbage Rolls

2 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 yellow onion (diced)
1 green cabbage (chopped)
28 ounces pure diced tomatoes – no sugar added
14 ounces pure tomato sauce – no sugar added
salt and pepper to taste


  • saute ground beef with garlic and onion until cooked
  • add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce to meat mixture
  • add in your uncooked green cabbage, salt and pepper and mix well
  • cover and simmer for 30 min

makes 10 servings.
