Quick & easy homemade Mac and Cheese


  • 3 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cook noodles, drain and place back in pot
  2. In another pot mix milk and flour over med heat and stir until thickened.
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted and blended.
  4. Pour over noodles and mix well.

Makes 6 servings.
