Easy No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients :

  • 1⁄2 cup light butter
  • 1⁄2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1⁄2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 tsp salt
  • 3 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions :

  1. Mix together butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Stir in oats and pecans.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop onto wax or parchment paper.
  5. Allow cookies to stand for 1 hour or until set
