To Make this Easy and Delecious American Dutch Babies Recipe (Style Pancake), You need:

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted and divided
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup gluten free or (all purpose flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place 2 tbsp butter in a 9×13 inch glass baking dish and put in the preheated oven to melt the butter.
  3. Meanwhile, place the eggs in a blender (or beat manually in a bowl) and blend for 30-60 seconds until light and fluffy. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend for another minute.
  4. Pour in the mixture in the preheated baking dish and bake until puffed and lightly browned for about 18-20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings and sauces.
  6. Makes 6 servings
