1 1/4 cups reduced fat italian cheese blend, divided
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and combine milk and cream cheese. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Sprinkle salt and garlic powder to taste.
Slowly stir in parmesan and half of the shredded Italian cheese. When the cheese has melted, add in the artichokes and spinach and cook until tender.
Place cooked pasta in the casserole dish and pour the cream cheese mixture over pasta. Finish by sprinkling the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted and browned a bit on top.
