Day 1

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled potato (no salt) and 1 cup of yogurt
  • Lunch: 2 boiled potatoes (no salt) and 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: 2 cups of yogurt

Day 2

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of yogurt
  • Lunch: 2 boiled potatoes (no salt) and 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 boiled potato (no salt) and 1 cup of yogurt

Day 3

  • Breakfast: 1 boiled potato (no salt)
  • Lunch: 1 boiled potato (no salt) and 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 cup of yogurt

Note: Make sure you don’t replace the boiled potato with fried, because the boiled potato contains more vitamins and minerals, and fibers – which will help you accelerate and improve your digestion. You should know that 100 grams of potato has only 75 calories. Yogurt regulates the digestive system, removes excess water and toxins from the body.
