Pineapple, Cinnamon and Oats Smoothie For Strengthening the Tendons and Ligaments on Your Knees


  • 250 ml water
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 40 g honey
  • 2 cups of sliced pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of fresh natural orange juice
  • 7 g cinnamon
  • 40 g crushed almonds


Well, first of all, you need to cook the oatmeal. Then, squeeze the juice from the pineapple chunks. Add the orange, honey, almonds and cinnamon in a blender. Blend well until you get a nice smoothie. You need to add the oatmeal and the pineapple juice while the blender is still running.
