CRAZY 3-DAY MILITARY DIET – YOU WILL LOSE 10 POUNDS

Have you ever tried following a strict diet for losing weight, but failed miserably at it? In case your answer is affirmative, we have a diet for you which is called the military diet and should be followed for 3 straight days. You will be able to shed 10 pounds of weight. Follow it strictly, without exceptions.

Day 1

  • Breakfast – 1 slice of toast, 2 tbsp. of peanut butter, ½ grapefruit, and 1 cup of coffee or tea (with caffeine).
  • Lunch – a slice of toast, ½ cup of tune, and 1 cup of tea or coffee (with caffeine).
  • Dinner – a cup of green beans, 3 oz. of any type of meat, ½ banana, 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream, and 1 small apple.

Day 2

  • Breakfast – 1 slice of toast, ½ banana, and 1 egg.
  • Lunch – 5 saltine crackers, 1 cup of cottage cheese, and 1 hard-boiled egg.
  • Dinner – ½ banana, ½ cup of carrots, 1 cup of broccoli, 2 hot dogs (without a bun), and ½ cup of vanilla ice-cream.

Day 3

  • Breakfast – 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, and 1 small apple.
  • Lunch – 1 slice of toast and 1 hard-boiled egg (or cooked).
  • Dinner – ½ banana, 1 cup of tuna, and 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream.

The results will amaze you. In a short period of time you will be able to slide back into your good old formals.
