CRAZY 3-DAY MILITARY DIET – YOU WILL LOSE 10 POUNDS

Have you ever tried following a strict diet for losing weight, but failed miserably at it? Day 1

  • Dinner – ½ banana, ½ cup of carrots, 1 cup of broccoli, 2 hot dogs (without a bun), and ½ cup of vanilla ice-cream.

Day 3

  • Breakfast – 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, and 1 small apple.
  • Lunch – 1 slice of toast and 1 hard-boiled egg (or cooked).
  • Dinner – ½ banana, 1 cup of tuna, and 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream.

The results will amaze you. In a short period of time you will be able to slide back into your good old formals.
