Honey-dijon. Honey and dijon = a match made in food heaven. Seriously you can use the combo on so many things: vegetables, poultry, seafood, red meat…


  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ¾ cup dijon mustard
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Fresh rosemary
  • S&P to taste


  1. Add chicken wings to slow cooker.
  2. In a medium size bowl, mix together dijon mustard, honey, and red wine vinegar. Pour over chicken.
  3. Top with fresh rosemary.
  4. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours.
  5. Optional steps: Broil chicken in oven before or after cooking for crisp skin. Blend sauce ingredients in food processor instead of hand mixing.
