Preparation

Then, put the bananas in a pot and pour the boiling water. Let it soak for about half an hour. When the mixture cools down, add the honey. It is important to add the honey last, because it can lose its benefits if added in a boiling water.

Drink for 100 ml of this beverage 4 times a day. The amount of this mixture is enough for one day.
