- 4 Strawberries
- 1 Hand of Blueberries
- 1 Orange
- Stevia Syrup (optional)
For this detox water drink, we’re going to slice them all and we’ll add them in a jar with distilled 12 ounces (350ml) water and after that, we’ll add about 1 teaspoon of stevia. This is just a great sweet and healthy stuff. You can drink this as much as you want, but within 1 week your body will get detoxified like never before.
Mint & Citrus Detox Water
- 1 Hand of mint
- 1 Sliced lemon
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Cucumber
Slice them all and put them in a distilled 12 ounce (350ml) of water and leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours so you can get the maximum benefits from these ingredients.
