Breakfast: the breakfast is the same for every day – you can have 1 fruit of your choice except for grapes or bananas.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, 200 ml. glass of yogurt
Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 dl. of cooked tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of toast, ½ a cucumber or lettuce.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, a cup of yogurt
