  1. Lemon Juice and Baking Soda

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 tsp. Of Baking Soda
  • ½ a cup of Water
  • Grapefruit or Lemon juice


All you have to do is add the baking soda in a glass of water and mix it well before adding the lemon/grapefruit juice. Drink the mixture in the morning after waking up, 20 minutes before breakfast.
