1. Get a healthy seven-plus hours sleep

2. Meditation to facilitate clarity

3. Hard physical activity
Mounting evidence suggests that exercise is beneficial for both the body and the mind. Unfortunately, a recent research shows that only one third of Americans exercise on a regular basis. If you want to be healthy and happy with your life, engaging in certain form of physical activity is a must.
4. Consume 30 grams of protein
Most nutritionists recommend eating 30 grams of protein for breakfast. Foods high in protein content promote fullness that lasts longer compared to other foods. They also reduce carbohydrate cravings and prevent weight gain.
Your breakfast should be 40% protein. For instance, you can have two or three eggs or something like cottage cheese, turkey bacon, or organic pork bacon/ sausage. Ultimately, a protein shake will do the trick, too.
5. Take a cold shower
Cold water has been shown to boost both physical and mental wellness. When practiced on a regular basis, it promotes long-lasting beneficial changes to the immune, circulatory, digestive, and lymphatic systems.
6. Listen to or read uplifting content
If you are to be successful in life, you need to be constantly learning new things. The world`s successful people tend to read and read and read all the time. Reading uplifting content for at least half an hour over a long period of time makes you wiser and more productive in life.
7. Review your life vision
Write your goals on a piece of paper, both short and long term ones. Read them on a daily basis in order to see whether you are on the right track. Following this simple pattern helps achieve your goals easier, no matter how big they seem.
