I’m used to making cobbler with apples, but when I use peaches, it’s just perfect. Check out my grandmother’s easy recipe.

You’ll Need:

¼ cup of melted butter.
1 cup of flour.
¾ cup of sugar.
2 tsps of baking powder.
¾ cup of milk.
5-6 slices peaches.
¾ cup of sugar.

How to:

In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.

In an 8×8 pan, pour the melted butter and pour the mixture of flour over it.

Line the slices of peaches over the top and cover with ¾ cup of sugar.

In a preheated oven to 350°, bake for 20 to 30 minutes and Voila!

Simple, easy and delicious! Making cobbler has never been easier! I serve this one warm, but you can serve it cold if you want. Go ahead and try it, you won’t regret it.
