Homemade Beef Jerky

I’ve always wanted to make beef jerky, but never knew how until a friend gave me this recipe last week! I made it and it was perfect! Check it out.

To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:

You’ll Need:

4 lbs of london broil beef or flank steaks.

2 tsps of black pepper.

2 tsps of chilli powder.

2 tsps of garlic powder.

2 tsps of cayenne pepper.

2 tsps of onion powder.

1 sp of liquid smoke.

¼ cpu of soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce.

½ cup of worcestershire sauce.

½ cup of Frank’s red hot sauce.

How to:

First, trim all the fat off the meat then cut the steaks into 4 inch strips.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined then refrigerate covered overnight.

In cookie sheets lined with foil, arrange the steak strips.

On a preheated oven to 150°F bake for 6 hours turning halfway through.

Simple, easy and delicious! This homemade beef jerky is very easy to make but it takes time to bake! Trust me guys, it’s worth every minutes of the wait. Give it a try, and you’ll see!
