Ingredients
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (small box type in grocery freezer) thawed and squeeze out excess water
1 c milk
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 lb butter, softned
1 lb monterey jack cheese, cubed
2 eggs
Directions
1. Mix together in bowl and spread in a 9×13″ pan. ( I use 9×13″ glass pan)
2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
3. Cut into small squares to serve. Can be eaten cold.
