Bacon Cheeseburgers to Die For

Cook time: 15 Min  Prep time: 15 Min  Serves: 4


1 lb ground sirloin ( burger)

1 c grated cheddar cheese

1/4 c real bacon bits

1 1/2 tsp montreal steak seasoning

1/4 c water, cold or beef broth works well.


1. Light your grill. (I prefer charcoal briquettes.) Allow coals to get nice and hot. Mix ingredients in order given. Shape into four patties. Make the patties flat, as they plump up when cooked.

2. Place on hot grill and cook to preferred doneness.

3. Serve as usual with all your favorite trimmings & condiments: lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. Enjoy!
