Back On Track #mamavation!

This week was a good mix of ups and downs - some days I did really well at tracking my food, other days I did okay at it.  But I was much more aware of what I was doing - making specific choices that I knew could impact the number at the end of the week.  But it ended well - I was down another 1.2 lbs. this week so I can't complain about that.  Produce is starting to go on sale here more often as well so I am stocking up each week on healthy fruits and veggies!  I am going to stay on Week 2 on my running plan a few more days as I have been sick the past few days and don't yet feel comfortable jumping up to the next week yet.  I can't believe that I only have about 2 months until that 5K!  See everyone tonight on Mingle Media TV at 10 pm EST!

Why I Love All You Magazine!

If you haven't been reading All You Magazine - you are missing out!  I really like the content of the magazine - there are great tips on saving money, weight loss tips, recipes, and more!  But what makes the magazine so unique that I'm raving about it?  It has coupons - and lots of them! For example, I just received the March edition and love the new coupons that are available!  All You is only sold at Walmart or by subscription.  Right now you can get a $0.50/1 coupon to try out this magazine and save while taking a look!  If you decide that you like it, you can go ahead and Order A Subscription!  The amount of coupons more than pay for the cost of the magazine!  Go ahead and print the coupon, try it out, and see if you like it - I think you will!
