I so highly recommend going to Weight Watches meetings if you are looking to lose weight. I have done so much better when I know that each week someone that I really don't know on a personal basis is going to have me step on a scale and tell me what the efforts I made that week did.
Please note - I'm not saying the number at the scale defines you - there's a whole different post to go along with that one!
But seriously, I tried doing this on my own. I stopped going to meetings in August. I hit my lowest weight so far in August, and then when I stopped going to meetings - my weight loss chart started looking like this:

As you can see, it was not very good!
I just recently started back to meetings and I have a good feeling about this week.
I was struggling before going back and forth between a paper tracker and tracking on the Weight Watchers app. I liked paper because I felt like I could plan out my whole day and have extra room to write. But I was struggling with keeping it with me enough to make changes when I would need to. It just makes more sense for me to use my phone because it is literally always with me.
We'll see how the scale works out for me this week - update coming Wednesday night!
