Progress Charts
Down a total of 45.4 now. I did briefly hit 50 pounds lost but then lost my mind and started eating everything in sight! I'm getting back on track with a schedule and eating plan so that line should start going down again! I have my current goal weight set at 190.....obviously, that is NOT where I want to end up. That is just my mini-goal that I am focusing on right now. The last month has been a challenge for me (as you can see!) but I'm not giving up!
And now we have the last month......not so stellar. I've lot a total of 1.2 pounds which is 0.3 pounds per week. Weight Watchers recommends a 0.5 - 2 pound loss per week, so I'm slightly under. Of course, my tracking has been off and I've been eating fast food like crazy, so it is understood! Getting back on track is my #1 priority right now!

Here are my measurements since I started taking them (which was just started in June!). I certainly wish I had been tracking my measurements all along, as I am sure I would be surprised! I take these with a grain of salt as well, because I am not the best at taking measurements, but it is nice to have somewhat of a reference to look at.
