I have had several questions about how the Kroger coupons that are available on their site function. Several people have reported that once they use a coupon, it is still showing up online as "active". I personally have had this occur as well. I wanted to get some clarification about this so I emailed customer service and stated the concerns that I had heard. I received a response back today and can tell you that the Kroger e-coupons are meant to be used only one time. The developers are aware that the coupons are still showing as "active" but they will only be redeemed once. They are working on correcting the problem so that it will no longer show as active once a coupon is redeemed. They suggested that you double check the "redeemed" category before you shop and if a coupon is listed there it will not be able to be used again. E-Coupon Clarification!

With the latest news that P&G is dropping their ESaver program - it has brought up a lot of quersitons again regarding the use of e-coupons. Can they be used with paper coupons? I decided to hunt out some answers for you - and I found some!
According to Cellfire.com, their policy regarding the use of e-coupon with paper coupons stands here:
- Can I use a paper coupon with a Cellfire coupon?
Cellfire does not encourage the use of paper coupons with Cellfire coupons.
According to an email response I received from contacting Shortcuts, thier policy stands here:
- Thank you for contacting us. At this time electronic and paper coupons may be used in conjunction with electronic coupons at the Retailer’s discretion.
So from this it sounds as though cellfire's policy is to not allow (or discourage) the use of paper with e-coupons, while shortcuts will allow it as long as the retailer does.
I hope this clears up any questions that anyone may have at this point!
