- 4 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 -2 tbsp siracha sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the cucumbers and sesame seeds together in a small bowl.
- Place cucumbers in a serving bowl, and pour dressing over them. Toss well to evenly coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
