Ingredients
1 cup Quick Oats
2 ripe Bananas
1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (I bought these from Fresh & Easy, but I know Trader Joe’s carries them as well.)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Mix Thoroughly
3. Scoop out 1-1.5 TBSP dough onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. (I used my Pampered Chef scoop to form the balls and the round stone to bake them.)
4. Lesson learned from me…bake for ONLY 15 minutes! Btw, I ended up with a total of 12 baked cookie balls.
I love that these cookie balls are so easy to make and don’t require tons of ingredients or preparation. I am also a fan of anything that is only 1 point+!
I think next time I will try adding 2 tbsp of mini chocolate chips and a 1/2 cup of coconut and see how they turn out. As for my WW point counters, here is how I broke it down:
1 cup quick oats = 7 points+
2 bananas = 0 points+
1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups = 6 points+
Total= 13 points+ / 12 cookie balls = 1 point+ each
