Oven Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients

  1. 6 oz center-cut lean pork loin chop
  2. 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  3. 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  4. 14 tsp ground ginger
  5. 18 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
  7. 13 cup dry bread crumbs
  8. 14 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  9. 14 tsp paprika
  10. 1 dash garlic powder
  11. 1 cooking spray
Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Trim fat from chops.
  3. Combine juice and next 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, paprika, and dash of garlic powder in a shallow dish; stir well.
  5. Dip chops in juice mixture, and dredge in breadcrumbs mixture.
  6. Place chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender, turning after 25 minutes.
