Teriyaki Chicken (Crock pot)

Ingredients

  1. 2 12 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 2 inch pieces
  2. 12 cup soy sauce
  3. 12 cup honey
  4. 3 whole garlic cloves
  5. 1 hot chili sauce, optional
Directions

  1. Add chicken to a crock pot with soy sauce, honey, garlic cloves and hot chili sauce, if using.
  2. Set the crock pot to Low and cover.
  3. Stir after 2 hours and then cook an additional 2 hours.
  4. Remove garlic cloves.
