1½ cups whole-wheat white flour
2 Tbsp sugar (or your favorite sweetener)
2½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup Silk® Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
4 Tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tsp vanilla
¼ cup Maple Grove Farms® Sugar Free Maple Syrup
plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

1 In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, being careful not to over mix resulting in chewy pancakes. Having some lumps in the batter is okay.
2 Heat a griddle or a large skillet over medium heat and coat it with nonstick cooking spray.
3 Working in batches, pour the batter using a ¼ cup measuring cup onto the surface and let them cook until the edges are dry and begin to bubble, about 2 minutes. Flip them and cook for an additional 1 minute.
4 Serve 2 pancakes with 1 tablespoon of syrup.
