Ingredients:
- 3 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Cook noodles, drain and place back in pot
- In another pot mix milk and flour over med heat and stir until thickened.
- Add cheese and stir until melted and blended.
- Pour over noodles and mix well.
Makes 6 servings.
