14.4 Oz can fat-free chicken broth
14.4 Oz can corn, drained and rinsed
14.4 Oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
14.4 Oz can fat-free refried beans
14.4 Oz can no-salt added diced tomatoes


Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, whisking to integrate the refried beans. Simmer, then serve. Garnish as desired.
Try: sour cream, avocado, or green onions.
